Learn the timeless art of Sashiko — a traditional Japanese stitching technique rooted in mending, rhythm, and mindful creativity.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll:
• Discover the cultural history and philosophy behind Sashiko
• Learn key stitching techniques step-by-step
• Create your own unique piece of visible mending or textile decoration
What to Bring:
Please bring one item of clothing you'd like to repair or embellish — denim, shirts, or jumpers all work well.
All other materials will be provided.
No experience needed — beginners are welcome.
