We are unable to accept returns of personalised and bespoke items, please email us if you would like to return an item.
Customers are responsible for cost of returning any unwanted item depending on stock & material availability.

Please return unwanted goods within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
All goods must be returned in the same condition that you received them and undamaged in any way; items returned are subject to inspection.
Money will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during purchase.
Refunds on credit and debit card payments may take up to 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit statement.
Damaged goods are non eligible for a refund.
Goods initiated for return after the 7 calendar days have passed will not be eligible for a refund but for exchange or a credit note only.
